Tim’s Old Fashioned

A sweeter version of the old fashioned

Ingredients

  • Four Roses Single barrel-2 oz
  • Simple syrup-1/2 oz
  • Licor 43- splash
  • Cherry bitters- 1 dash
  • 3 luxardo cherries

Steps

  1. Muddle 2 cherries in a rocks glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Add 2 oz of Four Roses Single Barrel
  4. Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  5. Add 1 dash of cherry bitters
  6. Add a splash of licor 43
  7. Stir
  8. Garnish with 1 cherry
  9. Serve
