A yogurt based cocktail finishing similar to a Japanese Calpico beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 2oz Greek yogurt
  • 2oz shōchū
  • 1oz soda (optional)
  • Garnish: strawberry or cherry

Steps

  1. Add ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain over broken ice and garnish with a strawberry or a cherry. 1oz of soda water can be added to create a frothy top.
