Bloody MooseHead

A French Canadian tradition of pouring tomato juice in beer. But we make it better. We use; Bloody Ceasar instead of tomato juice, Canadian Lager MooseHead, A mix of Montreal Steak Spice instead of regular celery salt, Making this a true, modern Canadian classic.

Ingredients

  • Vodka
  • Moosehead Lager
  • Mott's Clamato
  • Lemon/Lime (if not use Sour Mix)
  • Tabasco
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Montreal Steak Spice
  • Celery Salt
  • Ice
  • 1 Pint Mug ( or glass with Heavy Bottom)
  • 1 Straw

Steps

  1. Built, in order, directly into a cold, 1 pint Mug
  2. Rim 1 half of the glass (lemon or lime juice with a mix of 50% Celery Salt and 50% Montreal Steak Spice)
  3. Drop a small pinch of the spice mix in the glass
  4. Pack 3/4 of mug with ice
  5. 1 oz of fresh Lemon or Lime Juice (or Sour Mix)
  6. 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  7. 1 oz of cold Vodka
  8. Fill 2/3 of mug with cold Clamato
  9. 2-5 dashes of Tabasco (switch to Clamato Extra Spicy if you want spicier)
  10. Open cold bottle of Canadian Lager Moosehead and stick in ice
  11. Garnish with lemon wedge
  12. Add straw
  13. Pro tip: Make sure the ice is packed , if not the bottle will sink to the bottom.
