Tuck Shop Sour

Stunning flavours from the cherry gin taking you back to your school days of buying sweets from the tuck shop.

Ingredients

  • 50ml wild cherry gin
  • 15ml cassis
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 25ml egg whites

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to your shaker and dry shake very well for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with some edible roses.
