Ingredients

  • 3.0 Brennivin Aquavit
  • 1.0 Jackson Hole Stillworks Absorka 49 Barrel Aged Gin
  • 0.5 Yuzu Juice
  • 0.5 Chamomile-Saffron Syrup
  • 4.0 Drops of Habanero Tincture
  • 4.0 Dashes of Virtue Rose Alpine Sage Bitters
  • 2.0 Spritz of Saline Solution (4:1)
  • Lingonberry Fruit Leather

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake medium hard and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with strip of lingonberry leather.
