Malimooju

The Malimooju is an extremely simple and inexpensive cocktail made mainly from coconut rum and chocolate milk. Extremely sweet, it is best suited as a dessert cocktail or for warm summer nights. It represents a nice change in pace for cocktails and can be popular with those who don't like the hard taste of alcohol.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl (2 parts) Malibu rum (any coconut rum would do if Malibu is unavailable).
  • 4 cl (4 parts) Mooju chocolate milk (or any other chocolate milk available).
  • Ice.
  • 1 cl (1 parts) fresh cream.

Steps

  1. Pour 2 cl (2 parts) Malibu rum (or alternative coconut rum) and 4 cl (4 parts) Mooju chocolate milk (or alternative chocolate milk) into a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Float 1 cl (1 parts) fresh cream on top and stir slowly.
