Ruby Lace 2400

Written by Ethan Vickery
Late night drink. Great for mid-late fall. To be sipped over a period of time with friends and family around a table. Pairs deliciously with an earthy based cigar. (if outside of course) Drink has a semi-spicy, herbal taste that is mixed with a sweet fruity flavor. Despite the complex palate, this drink does not completely hide the booze. (which is a good thing in my opinion) This drink is meant to be shared with those you love. Best around a fireplace whenever a table is short at hand! This drink is dark, delicious, and memorable. Personally, I think this cocktail is an ideal Thanksgiving drink - a drink to raise up in cheers for all of life's many blessings.

Ingredients

  • Jagermeister - 1 ounce
  • Grenadine - 1 ounce
  • Butterscotch schnapps - 1 ounce
  • Vodka - 1 ounce
  • Cranberry juice - 2 ounces
  • Pomegranate juice - 1.5 ounces
  • Peppermint leaf (garnish)
  • Soft black licorice candy (garnish)
  • Ice (3 to 4 cubes)
  • BEST SERVED IN A FIZZIO GLASS (9 OUNCE)

Steps

  1. Mix the jagermeister and grenadine together and pour in bottom of glass.
  2. Place the ice in the glass.
  3. Mix the Butterscotch schnapps, Vodka, and cranberry juice together and pour into glass. (Try to keep the contents already in the glass separated)

  6. And that's it!!!
