Dirty Secrets
The Life can be in a pink color and in sweet flavor, even in a dirty secret's world!
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 50ml Stawberry puree
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Egg White
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 dash of cacao powder
Steps
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker;
- Do a hard dry shake and shake with ice after that;
- Double strain to a martini glass;
- Squeeze an orange peel over the egg white foam to perfume the drink;
- Garnish: 3 overlapping mint leaves.
- Plus: You can prepare this cocktail as a non alcoholic one to, just change the gin for water.
