Ingredients

  • Mezcal
  • Gran Marnier
  • Peychauds Bitters
  • Ansinthe
  • Orange Peel

Steps

  1. Rinse small snifter with Absinthe, dump excess.
  2. In beaker with ice combine 1.5 oz Mezcal, .75 oz Gran Marnier, 4 dashes bitters.
  3. Stir briskly until chilled, then pour into snifter, garnish with orange peel twist.
