Ilegal Smoke

A twist between a mezcal margarita and a penicillin.

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Dewars ilegal smooth
  • 3/4 Oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 Oz blue agave
  • 1/2 Oz pink guava
  • 3 ginger chunks
  • Float of ilegal mezcal
  • Black Himalayan Salt

Steps

  1. Place the ginger inside the shaker muddle it. Add dewars, lime, pink guava and agave. Add ice and give it a good shake. Pour it into fresh ice in a rimmed glass with black Himalayan salt. Top with a float of ilegal mezcal. Garnish with some thinly sliced fresh ginger.
