Around the world

Taken inspiration from Salvatore Calabrese Breakfast Martini. The ingredients used to make this cocktail comes from different corners of the world like Sevilly orange marmalade, Mediterranean rosemary, Asian litchi, Cuban Rum, lemonchello and Aperol from Italy. This making it aperitif style bitter, sweet and herbaceous cocktail, hence I named it, "Around the world." Cheers.

Ingredients

  • 1 sprig rosemary ( muddle)
  • 1 bar spoon Seville orange marmalade.
  • 40 ml litchi juice
  • 40 ml Bacardi carta Blanca
  • 10 ml Limoncello di Capri
  • 10 ml Aperol

Steps

  1. Muddle rosemary .
  2. Add bar spoon Seville orange marmalade.
  3. Add remaining ingredients .
  4. Shake well with good quality ice.
  5. Double strain in a chilled Martini glass.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
