Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Uncle Nearest 1856
  • 1 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • .5 oz. Benedictine
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Aromatic Bitters

Steps

  1. Combine first five ingredients in mixing tin
  2. Dry Shake
  3. Add ice and shake until frothy
  4. Strain in Martini Glass
  5. Garnish with Bitters and Lime Zest
