Ingredients

  • 1oz london dry gin
  • 1/2oz apricot liquor
  • 1/2oz triple sec
  • 1/4oz blue curaçao
  • 1/4oz granadine
  • 1/2oz simple sirup
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish with flower petal on glass
  • Use cava glass better clasic tipe

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients into a shaker , first make dry mix for make good egg foam then add ice and shake until gets very cold , have the glass very cold too , it doesn’t have ice on glass..and garnish the glass before serve , as a tip
