American Prairie Gold

Sweet, tart, and with a bourbon kick, the American Prairie Gold is everything you could want in a drink. The Gabriellos Limoncello and fresh lemon juice provide the sour, Dolin Blanc is the sweetness, High West American Prairie Bourbon is the needed kick. This slow sipper is refreshing and exactly what a relaxing Sunday afternoon deserves.

Ingredients

  • 2oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Limoncello Gabriello
  • 1/4oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup
  • Top with Seltzer
  • Dried Lemon Wheel
  • Fresh Basil Garnish

Steps

  1. Add measured ingredients to shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a double rocks glass with large cube
  3. Top with Seltzer.
  4. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and fresh Basil.
