Cretan Cruiser

Made with the iconic Greek soft drink, Loux, and enough kick to keep you going until the summer sun sets over the Aegean.

Ingredients

  • 150ml Loux lemonade (cloudy lemonade)
  • 20ml Ouzo
  • 30ml Metaxa
  • 30ml Passionfruit liqueur
  • 10ml creme de cassis
  • 30ml orange juice, pulp free.
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Place a generous scoop of ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Pour the passionfruit liqueur and Metaxa over the ice.
  3. Pulse to partly crush the ice.
  4. Add the lemonade to mix roughly, followed by the ouzo.
  5. Pour into a 300ml highball glass.
  6. Drizzle creme de cassis on top.
  7. Serve with a strawberry and straw.
