Ship's Tonic

Champagne cocktail with balanced herbal and floral notes and a very subtle kick of quinine.

Ingredients

  • Champagne, Dubonnet, Yellow Chartreuse:
  • Champagne or Cava (toast and nut flavours work well), Dubonnet (I've only tried this with the French, not the American version), Yellow Chartreuse (most definitely the yellow, not the green).

Steps

  1. Shake 12ml Yellow Chartreuse and 25ml Dubonnet with ice.
  2. Strain into a flute glass.
  3. Top up with Champagne
