Club Tropicana
Ingredients
- 40ml Plain Gin
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml Passionfruit Liqueur/ Passoa
- 300ml Pineapple Juice (or more due to glass size)
- Ice
- 1 Whole Passionfruit
- 1 Lime
Steps
- 1. Add ice, Pineapple Juice, gin, Lime Juice and Passionfruit Liqueur to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour into glass, along with some more ice (if preferred) and stir.
- 3. Cut open your Passionfruit and scoop out 1 half of insides and place on top of your cocktail. *
- 4. Add a straw, a wheel of lime and the other half of your Passionfruit to Garnish.
- 5. Enjoy!
- *For a Lime Wheel, cut a circle of Lime and make a small cut through the skin and flesh. This will allow you to sit your wheel on the rim of the glass for decoration!
