Bubbly bubbly

Mix of sweet and sour combined with gin and topped with rose sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • London dry gin : 6cl
  • Fresh lemon juice : 3cl
  • Honey syrup : 1.5cl
  • Orange bitters : 2 dashes
  • Rosé sparkling wine : Top up
  • Garnish : Orange slice.
  • Glass : Highball.
  • Ice : Cubed
  • Method : Shake and Strain

Steps

  1. In a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, honey syrup and orange bitters and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Then fill the highball glass with ice and pour the drink.
  3. And top up with Rosé sparkling wine. And garnish with orange slice.
