The Rebelious Architect

Minimalistic in the active ingredients, but very elaborate in the construction. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Fancy Gin & Tonic! Apart from the original look, the combination of Vanilla, Orange, Eldelflower, Cinnamon and Rosemary create an explosion of taste!

Ingredients

• 2 oz of Sir Edmund Vanilla Gin
• Elderflower Tonic Warer
• Garnish: Orange Slice, Rosemary and Cinammon Stick

Steps

1. I start with a foundation of a round orange slice,
2. The difficult part is to build two towers of ice that will stick together and not collapse when you add the liquid. I discovered that if add a little salt between them and let them sit, you can achieve two solid ice towers that stay up.
3. You then carefully add the Gin and the tonic.
4. Complete the construction with a chimney made of cinnamon stick and two trees from Rosemmary.
