Mostaciolli (Little Moustache)
This booze-forward, semi-sweet gin cocktail was created during the 2020 quarantine as a way to burn through some of those apéritifs sitting on the shelf and turned into a delicious riff on the Garibaldi. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 oz J. Rieger midwestern dry gin
- 1/2 oz Cappelletti vino apertivo
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Steps
- Build cocktail in mixing glass
- Stir a minimum of 40 revolutions
- Serve in a coupe with a flamed orange peel
- Viva l'Italia!
