Stunningly coloured Summer cocktail with a refreshing bite

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi
  • 10ml lime Juice
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 10ml blue curaçao
  • Ginger beer to top up
  • Strawberries

Steps

  1. Add all the Bacardi, lime juice, lemon juice and blue curaçao to a tall ice filled glass, top up with ginger beer and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with strawberry hearts (sliced strawberries)
