Mattie's Paddy

A refreshing drink for a spring or fall evenings and a tribute to my Irish 6th Great Grandfather.

Ingredients

  • Valentia Island Vermouth, ginger ale, lime wheel, brandied cherry

Steps

  1. Add 60 ml Valentia Island Vermouth and a handful of ice to a mixing glass. Stir until cold, then strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Add 180 ml of ginger ale
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and a brandied cherry
