Long Island "Trash Can"
The cocktail got its name because it's so strong that It'll get you TRASHED! Lets not forget the can that gets left behind, making this drink stand out in a crowd!
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz whisky
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 oz. sour mix
- 1 can energy drink
Steps
- Half rim of red sugar on tall glass.
- Pour Blue Curaçao in the base of a tall glass and fill halfway with ice.
- Pour over sour, vodka, gin, rum, and whisky.
- Top with energy drink and leave the can inserted.

I am a professional mixologist from Northern California. I began my bartending journey in Everett, Washington (I just say Seattle) in 2007. This is where I created my first cocktail, the Long Island Trash Can. In 2010 I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and continued bartending on the waters of Lake Mead, bringing the Trash Can to Las Vegas. From there I moved inland to the city and continued bartending, until I moved to Sacramento, CA and introduced the Trash Can in Roseville, Ca. I am currently opening my first bartending mobile service. I also own several other businesses, not related to the bar industry.
