Ingredients

  • JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY - 45 ML
  • JACK DANIELS HONEY - 1 OUNCE
  • SWEET SYRUP - 1/2 OUNCE
  • LEMON SYRUP - 1/2 OUNCE
  • CLOVE AND CINNAMON SYRUP - 1/2 OUNCE
  • APPLE JUICE - 1/2 OUNCE
  • ORANGE ZEST FOR GARNISH
  • APPLE THIN SLICE FOR GARNISH
  • 1 LARGE RECTANGULAR ICE CUBE
  • ONE OLD FASHIONED FROZEN GLASS

Steps

  1. STEP 1 :- TAKE 5-6 CLOVES AND 2 CINNAMON STRIPS AND PUT IT IN 150 ML BOILING WATER ON STOVE. BOIL TILL THE CONTENT SATURATES TO 60ML. LET IT COOL.
  2. STEP 2 :- CUT A THIN SLICE OF APPLE AND ORANGE ZEST FOR GARNISHING.
  3. STEP 3 :- TAKE AN OLD FASHIONED FROZEN GLASS.
  4. STEP 4 :- POUR 45 ML JAMESON IRISH WHISKY. THEN POUR 30 ML JACK DANIELS HONEY. THEN POUR 15 ML APPLE JUICE. THEN POUR CLOVE AND CINNAMON SYRUP 15ML ALREADY MADE. THEN POUR 15 ML SWEET SYRUP. LASTLY SQUEEZE LEMON TO POUR 15 ML LEMON SYRUP.
  5. STEP 5 :- ADD A LARGE RECTANGULAR ICE CUBE. SIZE CAN BE MODIFIED AS PER THE SIZE OF GLASS.
  6. STEP 6 :- STIR THE DRINK FOR 40 TO 60 SECONDS TILL THE DRINK GETS CHILLED.
  7. STEP 7 :- GARNISH WITH A THIN SLICE OF APPLE IN THE DRINK. SQUEEZE ORANGE ZEST & EXTRACT ESSENTIAL OILS IN AND AROUND THE GLASS AND PUT IT ON GLASS TOP.
