VENUS
This is a perfect combination of gin and fruit flavor , with a little bit of sour its a variation of gin fizz , but making it more sweet and fruit for a younger audince...
Ingredients
- 1oz london dry gin
- 1/2oz apricot liquor
- 1/2oz triple sec
- 1/4oz blue curaçao
- 1/4oz granadine
- 1/2oz simple sirup
- Dash of lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish with flower petal on glass
- Use cava glass better clasic tipe
Steps
- Mix all ingredients into a shaker , first make dry mix for make good egg foam then add ice and shake until gets very cold , have the glass very cold too , it doesn’t have ice on glass..and garnish the glass before serve , as a tip
