Ultimo Parola

Written by Natalie Welch
The Italian Last Word- A new take on the old prohibition era cocktail we all love. This version is sure to contend with it’s sisters Naked and Famous and Ultima Palabra. The Frangelico brings out the creaminess of the Yellow Chartreuse while maintaining a distinctly fruity and herbal background.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire
  • 1 ounce Frangelico
  • 1 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • Dried spiced orange, or luxardo cherry, or lemon twist for garnish

Steps

  1. 1. Add everything to shaker full of preferably crushed ice in the following order: Bombay, Frangelico, Yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice
  2. 2 Shake until the outside of the shaker forms condensation
  3. 3. Strain and pour into coupe or martini glass
  4. 4. Garnish and enjoy!
