This is a gin variation of the famous "Paper Plane" cocktail by Sam Ross.

Ingredients

  • .75oz Gin
  • .75oz Amaro Montenegro
  • .75oz Aperol
  • .75oz fresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. Pour all ingredients into tin.
  2. Add ice, give it a 8-10 second shake.
  3. Double strain into coupe.
  4. No garnish.
