The Mind Reader

Herbaceous but refreshing due to the strong citrus notes of the gin and lemon juice. Might be thought of as a distant cousin to a Gin-Elderflower-Gimlet...but with lemon juice instead of lime. The rosemary sprig delivers a surprising quality and worth the effort to include.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Rose Water
  • Rosemary Sprig(s)

Steps

  1. Shake with ice for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of slapped rosemary.
  4. OPTIONAL - If desired, a small sprig of rosemary is added to the shaker before liquid ingredients are added.
