A sweet Autumnal gin based cocktail perfect for Halloween!

Ingredients

  • 50cl Gin
  • 50cl Apple Juice
  • 1 Dessert Spoon of Haagen Dazs Salted Caramel Ice Cream
  • Slice of Apple to Garnish

Steps

  1. Add the Gin, Apple Juice and Salted Caramel Ice Cream to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give a good shake and pour into a cocktail glass. Add a slice of Apple to garnish. Drink and Enjoy!
