Ingredients

  • 2oz. Empress 1908 Gin
  • 0.75oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.75oz. Cointreau
  • 1oz. Lavender Infused Honey Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Dried Lavender Buds and/or Lemon Wheel for Garnish

Steps

  1. Pour gin into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  2. The rest of the cocktail will be built in a shaker. Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker and do a dry shake
  3. Then add ice and do a wet shake.
  4. Pour that mixture over the gin for a unique color change.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a few dried lavender buds, or both.
