Ingredients
- 35 ml Angostura 7 Rum or any light brown rum
- 20 ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 30 ml Pineapple juice
- 20 ml Mango puree
- 15 ml Homemade Ginger & Yuzu syrup
- 15 ml fresh Lime Juice
Steps
- Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled glass with ice. Float cream of coconut, and place a passion fruit wedge on top.
