Lady in blush
a new look on an old time favourite... the White lady.
Ingredients
- 2 part dry gin
- 1 part white cacao liqueur
- 1/2 part raspberry purée
- 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 part egg whites
Steps
- as usual, chill the glass, old fashioned glass
- add all ingredients to shaker, shake well
- double strain to glass onto block ice
- garnish with dried/powdered raspberries
- enjoy
