Japanese Butterfly
A refreshing gin cocktail with a Japanese twist.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Etsu Japanese Gin
- 20 ml fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml fresh Lime Juice
- 20 ml Yuzu puree
- 20 ml Homemade Yuzu syrup
- 10 ml Orgeat syrup
- Cold Pea flower tea to top off
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a cold long drink glass filled three quarters with ice cubes and crushed ice on top. Top up with cold pea flower tea.
- Garnish with Lemon peel and an eatable flower.
