Japanese Butterfly

A refreshing gin cocktail with a Japanese twist.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Etsu Japanese Gin
  • 20 ml fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Yuzu puree
  • 20 ml Homemade Yuzu syrup
  • 10 ml Orgeat syrup
  • Cold Pea flower tea to top off

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a cold long drink glass filled three quarters with ice cubes and crushed ice on top. Top up with cold pea flower tea.
  2. Garnish with Lemon peel and an eatable flower.
