Chaas sour (butter milk sour)

This Cocktail had nostalgia of my childhood.. it's a Indian fusion cocktail made out of butter milk and rum. It's a low ABV cocktail and their is no suger in it.

Ingredients

  • White rum 60ml
  • Butter milk 90ml(must be sour)
  • 2 bar spoon yogurt
  • Honey syrup 25ml
  • Lime juice 10ml
  • Rim with roasted cumin and salt

Steps

  1. First of all chilled a desirable glass , and put all ingredients in shaker and shake it well, now double strain in glass over the ice, garnish the cocktail with curry leaves or edible flowers.
