Bourbon spin on the classic French 75. Soft bourbon/Orange wash over the pallet lifted by champagne bubbles.
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- champagne or prosecco float
- Orange peel garnish
Steps
- Add ingredients except float to mix cup over ice. Shake til cold. Pour into champagne flute then add float. Garnish with orange peel.
