Bourbon spin on the classic French 75. Soft bourbon/Orange wash over the pallet lifted by champagne bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • champagne or prosecco float
  • Orange peel garnish

Steps

  1. Add ingredients except float to mix cup over ice. Shake til cold. Pour into champagne flute then add float. Garnish with orange peel.
