Flavor-wise, it's more on the sour side thanks to the fresh lemon juice, yet with sweet notes as well. However, the most dominant aspect is the taste of bourbon. Personally, I most often use just a foamer. Only when I want to soften the cocktail significantly do I use egg white. The aroma is very intense, just like the taste.
Ingredients
- Woodford Reserve 4cl
- Grand Marnier 2cl
- Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino 2cl
- Fresh lemon juice 2cl
- Foamer Stillabunt (or egg white)
- Orange bitter 1 dash
Steps
- Chill the whiskey glass.
- Place all ingredients into a shaker.
- A hard shake is better to achieve the right consistency.
- Serve over an ice cube or ball.
- Then, garnish with orange peel and squeez it for better smell
