Eleganté
Smooth and silky añejo base with herbal tones and a touch of sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz añejo tequila
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 1 shake Angostura bitters
- orange peel garnish
Steps
- Add liquid ingredients to mixing glass with ice.
- Stir 30 seconds
- Pour into flute
- wipe rim with orange peel then drape as garnish.
