A sweet Autumnal gin based cocktail perfect for Halloween!
Ingredients
- 50cl Gin
- 50cl Apple Juice
- 1 Dessert Spoon of Haagen Dazs Salted Caramel Ice Cream
- Slice of Apple to Garnish
Steps
- Add the Gin, Apple Juice and Salted Caramel Ice Cream to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give a good shake and pour into a cocktail glass. Add a slice of Apple to garnish. Drink and Enjoy!
