Lady in blush

a new look on an old time favourite... the White lady.

Ingredients

  • 2 part dry gin
  • 1 part white cacao liqueur
  • 1/2 part raspberry purée
  • 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part egg whites

Steps

  1. as usual, chill the glass, old fashioned glass
  2. add all ingredients to shaker, shake well
  3. double strain to glass onto block ice
  4. garnish with dried/powdered raspberries
  5. enjoy
