The Dimple Queen (TDQ)

TDQ is a mordern riff on a Martinez. It's fruity, herbaceous and sweet with tinge of nutty flavor from the Amaro.

Ingredients

  • Gin ( Plymouth preferably)
  • Amaro Monte
  • Maraschino liquer (Luxardo)
  • Dry Curacao (Pierre Ferrand)

Steps

  1. In a mixing glass pour :
  2. 1 1/4 oz. Gin
  3. 1/2 oz. Amaro
  4. 1/4 oz. Dry Curacao
  5. 1/4 oz. Maraschino liquer
  6. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds.
  7. Serve up in a chilled coupe.
  8. Garnish with orange peel (optional)
