Smooth and silky añejo base with herbal tones and a touch of sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz añejo tequila
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 1 shake Angostura bitters
  • orange peel garnish

Steps

  1. Add liquid ingredients to mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir 30 seconds
  3. Pour into flute
  4. wipe rim with orange peel then drape as garnish.
