Raspberry Rum Lemonade

Refreshing raspberry-rum-lemonade cocktail for the last sweet sips of our summer days we have left!

Ingredients

  • 4 raspberries
  • 1/4 oz Masters of Mixes Raspberry Syrup
  • *muddled
  • Add in 1 lemon wheel cut in half to raspberry mixture and muddle
  • Remove lemons and place into mason jar
  • Top with raspberry mixture (2 oz
  • approximately)
  • Add in ice
  • 1 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
  • 3 oz Blake's Lemonade
  • Top glass with sprite
  • 2 lemon wheels garnished onto side of glass
  • Garnish with lemon

Steps

  1. Muddle fresh raspberries, then add in raspberry syrup and give a quick stir
  2. Then add in one lemon wheel to mixture of raspberries and raspberry syrup and muddle gently to release lemon flavor
  3. Remove lemon wheel from muddled mixtures
  4. Pour in mixture into mason jar (what our cocktail will be served out of)
  5. Add in 2oz more of raspberry syrup on top of muddled mixture on bottom of glass
  6. Add in ice to rim of glass
  7. Add in Bacardi, lemonade, then top off with sprite
  8. Slide in 2 lemon wheels down the side of the glass for a bright and pretty garnish
  9. Then garnish cocktail with lemon and raspberry, serve and enjoy responsibly
